Sarah Farrar Opticians is owned and run by Sarah Farrar (Optometrist) and Paul Farrar (Business partner). The practice has a long history and was originally owned by Keith Bennett, who ran this practice for over 25 years, and we strive to keep the practitioner-owner tradition of providing excellent patient care.
We’re based in Wilsden, on Main Street, so we are easily accessible to the following (but not limited to) areas: Wilsden, Bingley, Harden, Cullingworth, Haworth, Keighley, Skipton and the general Bradford regions. We do, of course, welcome you from whichever area you visit us from, and there is no limit on registering with us, even if you come to us from a different area or local authority.
What makes us special? Well, we have a unique and personalised approach to eye care, with maximised time with the Optometrist. We provide a full-service eye test, including additional OCT 3D scanning. We have a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere in the practice, and our services are built on clinical excellence and candour to provide the best care and advice to all our patients.
We offer both full NHS-funded and privately funded sight tests (£35-£55), and if you’re eligible for the NHS-funded test, we’ll go through all this when you arrive for the appointment, or you can check this here.
Your experience is important to us, and we want you to leave the practice with a smile on your face. Even after your consultation, we will continue to support you and offer advice at any stage. If you have any issues, please don’t hesitate to call or visit us, and we’ll review everything to determine the best course of action to resolve the problem. We also offer a lifetime care guarantee on any adjustments needed to the frame, or any tightening or replacement of screws and nosepads.
